Your tasks:
- host for short- and long-term guests
- welcoming, accommodating and looking after our international guests
- taking care of the front desk independently and proactively supporting the bar
- assuring a smooth service flow whilst adhering to service standards at the bar and occasionally at the bistro
- active selling of wine, drinks and food
- mixing drinks whilst adhering to the given recipes
- serving drinks and dishes
- communication with F&B management
- working early and late shifts
- independent execution of all reception tasks (check-in, check-out, cash accounting, controls, reporting, daily closing)
- usage of the hotel program Protel as well as MS Office
- accepting and processing reservations
- implementation of our quality standards at the reception, bar & bistro
- control tours of the public areas
Requirements:
- practical experience at the front office would be an advantage
- knowledge of the hotel software Protel would be an advantage
- sense of responsibility and structured working manner
- excellent MS Windows & Office skills
- stylistically confident in German and English, flawlessly written and spoken (further foreign language skills are an advantage)
- ability to work in a team, flexibility & resilience
